Role Overview:

  • Engage with clients on intricate auditing/accounting decisions, always ensuring prompt communication.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, from onboarding to liaising with renowned accountancy bodies and mentoring newcomers.
  • Support senior leadership in various business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal individual will:

  • Be CA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Have experience in planning and leading audits.
  • Exhibit strong managerial skills, with an emphasis on mentoring.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Possess adept IT skills across various software platforms.
  • Display a client-centric approach, coupled with strategic and commercial awareness.
  • Maintain an organised methodology, especially under tight deadlines.
