The Role:

The Group Finance Manager is a crucial position, working closely with the Group FC to ensure timely and accurate reporting on financial metrics that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly reporting cycle, providing insightful analysis to Senior Management.
• Refine and develop reporting materials for the Board and executive team for optimal decision-making.
• Create scenario-based financial models to support strategic planning.
• Manage company-wide KPI reporting, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse data from various sources to present a clear picture of business performance to leadership.
• Assist with external market messaging and analyst communications.
• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives, delivering ad hoc performance reporting.
• Mentor a Business Performance Finance Analyst, providing coaching and development.

Your Profile:

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Proven experience in commercial and/or management reporting, with exposure to senior leadership.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with financial statements.

The position is initially for 15-18 months to cover maternity leave. There is a reasonable prospect, that the contract may be extended or a permanent position offered in the future.
