The Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a growing tax team at Associate Director level. You will manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, support Tax Partners with advisory projects and help develop the wider team, while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring tax compliance work is completed accurately and on time.
• Support Tax Partners in delivering corporate tax advisory services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and attendance at client meetings.
• Support the management and development of the corporate tax team, including appraisals, coaching and technical guidance.
• Promote high standards of technical quality and service delivery.
• Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical advice.
• Contribute to the growth of the client portfolio and development of the tax practice.

What We’re Looking For

• CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified.
• Significant corporate tax or mixed tax experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and the ability to research complex tax matters.
• Experience managing corporate clients and supporting tax advisory assignments.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Exposure to a range of industries would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
