Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop the accounting department, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance for both the firm and its clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Strategic Financial Advisor: Provide expert financial guidance to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
Enhance Efficiency: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Client-Centric Focus: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Substantial experience in a practice accounting role, ideally with senior management experience.
Professional Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least five years post-qualification experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
People Management: Proven ability to manage and mentor staff, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Business Development: Demonstrated track record of business development and client retention.
Desirable: Audit experience, although not essential.
